We use your information to identify which policy package would be in your best interest.  We mail this package to the postal address you provide us via US postal services regular first class. The autoresponder email can be discontinued by you at any time.  The email contains applications that are downloadable (PDF) and helpful tips to securing health insurance coverage.

There may be instances that you seek assistance with health insurance claim problems. You may email us a description of your claim problem along with your policy number.  We use your policy number to verify you have coverage with the insurance company via phone or email and assist in resolving the claim problem you have described.  the insurer will confirm that we are your appointed agent to represent your interests in helping resolve claims. Personally Identifiable Information is described as data that is unique to an individual, such as a name, e-mail and physical address, telephone number and age or date of birth (DOB). At times, we may request personal information from you through our site in order to deliver requested materials to you, respond to your questions, or deliver a product or service. Framing relationship is used with Quotit found on url>benefitsmanager.net/the_insurance_products_page.html. This is a software service that runs the quoting process for health insurance rates. Your age and zip code is used for that purpose. Collection of the personal identifiable information is only use for the purpose of  them getting a quote.
