This privacy statement covers the site www.benefitsmanager.net. There are instances in which BenefitsManager.net might internally use the personal information you voluntarily submit. These instances include identifying and registering you for the autoresponder email that is sent to you immediately after you request insurance quotes via email and postal mail. We use your information to identify which policy package would be in your best interest.  We mail this package to the postal address you provide us via US postal services regular first class. The autoresponder email can be discontinued by you at any time.  The email contains applications that are downloadable (PDF) and helpful tips to securing health insurance coverage.

How can I opt-out of receiving emails?
Receiving the AWEBER autoresponder quote is part of the membership of the site. The main purpose of AWEBER autoresponder is to deliver your quote and allow you to reply to the email with questions about your quote.

There may be instances that you seek assistance with health insurance claim problems. You may email us a description of your claim problem along with your policy number.  We use your policy number to verify you have coverage with the insurance company via phone or email and assist in resolving the claim problem you have described.  the insurer will confirm that we are your appointed agent to represent your interests in helping resolve claims. You always call in the problem to us at our toll free number 1-888-310-9623. 

Personally Identifiable Information is described as data that is unique to an individual, such as a name, e-mail and physical address, telephone number and age or date of birth (DOB). At times, we may request personal information from you through our site in order to deliver requested materials to you, respond to your questions, or deliver a product or service. Framing relationship is used with Quotit found on url>benefitsmanager.net/the_insurance_products_page.html. This is a software service that runs the quoting process for health insurance rates. Your age and zip code is used for that purpose. Collection of the personal identifiable information is only use for the purpose of  them getting a quote.
